It’s well done.

I first thought “Al Gore”, but then I realized the voices have more inflection than old Chakra release.

You’d have to be out of your flippin mind to try to open a business in CA. And it’ll be worse with the old retreaded freak back in charge. And the idiots in CA gave the legistlature the power to force anything on them with a simple majority rather than the 2/3.

Sad and very close to reality.

That’s what you get when you have a state in which unions control most state jobs and progressives control the media and the government.

I will be moving because I can’t afford to live here anymore. My standard of living has declined for the last 5 years. But, wow, those government supported ‘you owe me welfare, foodstamps, healthcare’ non-workers and those union government [don’t care if you can’t feed your family you owe me my 80% of earnings pension] workers are ‘moving on up....finally got a piece of [someone else’s] pie’

I’m looking at Texas, they are somewhere down in the 40th level for taxes per capita and % of income, no inheritance taxes, and just the fed estate taxes.

Texas smacks you really hard with real estate taxes. Depending on your income, it can work extremely well to live in Oklahoma along the border and work in Texas.

You’re right, except for 65 and older who get a 15,000 homestead exemption and an additional 10,000 for senior. That property is then fixed at that ‘value’ For me, being lower income and just months short of 65, this would work out best. But for those buying a house above the 100,000 mark that could be a high tax, indeed.

I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind starting a business in California. I can see a lot of established businesses (and individuals) fleeing the once Golden State in epic numbers.

So, if California keeps driving its businesses out of state, sooner or later these idiots are going to hit a financial wall of nothing to regulate and tax. What then?

What do you say Gov. Moonbeam? What about it CA Assembly?

You cannot print money. No one will loan you money. You cannot extort it from 49 other states through the Feds.

What to do?

Sell off the state to the Chicoms? The Chicoms don't want the illegal aliens. Then what?

I stand corrected. CA is the ideal state to open a U Haul franchise.

Got out of there in 2001 after 35 years. Made a bit of dough and took it all with me to southern Utah.

Sorry California.

The freaking diversity really got to me.

LOL, well, that might be one business that could work. Of course, the progressives and liberals in the legislature will give you a ‘special’ tax rate when they find you’re moving all the tax paying working class out of here!

Let me know, I’ll rent from you, I even have the hitch :)

Happy Thanks Giving day!
