Give me a break. I’m supposed to believe this, why? As far as I’m concerned, this whole “memo” thing is total fiction and without credibility unless they publish a scanned image of the memo. Short of that, there’s no reason whatsoever to believe that this isn’t just being made up.

It may be true. Or it may not be true. I’m sure a lot of people here will believe this because the want to.
