To aggressively combat Soviet like Democrat voter fraud deem ballots “found” after 48 hours fraud

Soviet Dictator Josef Stalin is reported to have said, “It’s not the votes that count. It’s who counts the votes.” Democrats have been using this tactic to steal elections long enough; it’s time put an end to these un-American attacks on our liberty.

Congress has to deem ballots “found” 48 hours after polls have closed, in federal elections, to be legally considered fraudulent and put the burden of proving otherwise on those who “found” them.

“Finding” ballots that magically appear and swing elections to Democrats has to be made a thing of the past. This is not how American elections should be decided.

With numbing repetition over the last decade we have witnessed close races go to Democrats when “additional” ballots were “found” days and sometimes weeks after Election Day.

Each election district in America has someone assigned to it. Accepting the assertion that ballots, whether cast on Election Day or cast via mail, can get “lost” stretches what can be expected of honest adult behavior. How often can your dog eat your homework?

Over the past several years Florida, Connecticut, Minnesota and Washington State to name a few, have given us headlines like: “500 uncounted ballots found in Palm Beach County;” “Bag of Uncounted Ballots Found in Bridgeport;” “171 uncounted ballots found in Ramsey County [Minnesota]”; and ”Uncounted ballots discovered in Washington State.”

These “miraculous” discoveries never seem to help Republicans.

The Left’s ‘We’ll keep counting until the Democrat wins’ approach to stealing elections just can’t be tolerated anymore.

What to do?

It’s time for our conservative Republican House to take action to protect the integrity of federal elections and set a standard for State’s to follow as they conduct their own elections.

... pass legislation legally naming these miraculous “discoveries”…

There should be absolute outrage over this, not just by conservatives and GOP but by “independents”

This ought to be a bigger deal, a much bigger deal on FOX and talk radio. This goes to the heart of a democracry/representative republic. It’s got to stop.

Democrats are masters at stuffing the ballot box, go back and research how LBJ was first elected in Texas, if not for “Found Ballots” in his first election for congress,he may never have been president.

I agree! Voter fraud steals our birthright, and those found guilty should lose their right to vote forever, and spend the rest of their life in prison.
If credit card companies can monitor millions of accounts there is no reason we cannot have a similar way to track a voter’s activity. If he is illegal “Arrest him/her!” If he attempts to vote more than once “Arrest him/her!” Then throw the key away. This voter fraud has caused us to have a Progressive filled congress poised to overthrow our Republic led by a commie in the White House.
Enough is enough!

But even 48 hours seems generous. What moron would put ballots in their car and just “forget” about them? If people are this stupid, they should not be allowed anywhere near the ballots.

In MN, just yesterday... Our State Supreme Court ruled that the LAW requiring our vote totals be reconciled didn't matter. That just because a precinct had more votes than voters who signed in, that the only results that mattered were the receipts from the ballot tally machines.

Apparently, it doesn't matter if a few hundred ballots per precinct were run through twice for one candidate or the other.

Any wonder how we ended up with Al Franken for a Senator?

Voter fraud is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, threats to this country by subverting from within the electorate. It is unfathomable that there cannot be found a way to stop this.

All current registrations need to be burned, all new voter registrations will require a picture ID and proof of citizenship.

You've just noticed the need for what I call a Voters' Bill of Rights to end the disenfranchisement which prevails currently.

What is needed, obviously and painfully, is a voters' bill of rights and the first item of such a bill HAS TO BE runoff elections or instant runoff elections for all public offices.

Nobody should ever fear to vote his first choice, at least on a first ballot, and nobody should ever hold any public office with less than 50% of the vote.

There should also be a None-Of-Above choice on all ballots for public office and if that choice ever wins, then the other candidates should be barred for life from holding any public office and the parties sponsoring them should be barred for at least ten years from sponsoring candidates for that particular office. The penalty for running dead wood for public offices should be severe.

Another item on such a voters' bill of rights should be something which would eliminate voting fraud for all time and if that means getting rid of the secret ballot or at least limiting it somehow or other, so be it, we're paying too high a price for it. Somehow or other it has to be possible to check up on votes when there are questions or evidence of fraud.

Or when an election is within one percentage point, send both people to congress with half of a vote each. That would at least end the disenfranchisement.

One last item on such a list would be a provision that when a president is impeached and removed, his VP goes out the door with him and the office is either vacant until the next election or an emergency election is held to fill the office for the remainder of the current term. Granted removing a president should be difficult but it should not be impossible and if we couldn't remove Slick, we'd not have been able to remove Hitler or Nero either.

What happened in 98/99 was that Trent Lott simply refused to hand the presidency over to Algor with a year to go on Slick's second term, for obvious reasons. The situation should not be possible.

There are a few other things you'd want but that's the main gist of it. There is also a question as to the extent the people should be voting on issues directly since we now have the technology to allow that while the founding fathers did not. You could get some of these evil social issues settled once and for all and out of politics, and you could limit the scope for corruption and bribery by letting the people themselves settle at least some kinds of issues.

That’s a good idea. Better make sure they don’t hide Republican votes, though.

That’s just it. The Republican votes are the ones being pulled out of the batches / batch totals (when a batch is overwhelmingly Republican and the margin is small enough they leave it out and they win).

This is proven by Black Box Voting the most common method of election fraud - missing batches corresponding with “exempted” batches from the batch totals.
