Still a bit confused about that “vision” thing. Good and decent man, though.
Well as an octo, he’s probably “confused” by a lot of things.
apparently his source for news is larry king, thats probably why he’s confused
How can he be “confused” by it? It is average Americans who work, pay taxes, raise families, mow their grass, AND WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE by the government. Perhaps he could have been a two-term President if he had spent more time listening to us instead of the CFR.
He knows damn well what it’s about.
There is only one Jimmy Carter and that is one too many
Read OUR lips, President Bush.
I’m not even going to go there..or anywhere near his confusion
Tea party to GHWB “Read my lips...no new taxes”
Guess he was confused about that back when too.
A great example of voodoo thinking.
Hey, Jorge! It is simple. See below. Don’t forget to take notes:
1. Keep government within strict Constitutional boundaries.
2. When in doubt, go for the more restrictive construction/interpretation of the Constitution.
3. Remember your one good insight - “If you support a terrorist, you are a terrorist”.
4. Islam is NOT a “Religion of Peace”. That is true no matter how many billions the Saudi’s invested through your family and ‘Yer Buds’.
This Bush has always been confused.
No need to be confused, it means we don’t want any of his RINO progeny (and the pro abortion Bush wives) to run the country anymore we can’t afford it. The Bush’s need to go away at this point.
Read my lips, HW. Life, liberty and the pursuit and destruction of totalitarians.
Well, GHW, if you'd quit staring at those "thousand points of light". perhaps you could clear your mind and end your confusion.
No surprise. He didn’t understand Reagan, why whould he understand the TEA party?
Bush has led such a privileged life, that “good” though he may very well be, he has no idea how average Americans are suffering. Oblivious to reality, he can only claim confusion.
Of course he doesn’t understand the Tea Party. His lack of understanding, along with that of many other entrenched party power brokers explains why the country have been constantly been going progressive for the last 20 years. We elect these guys expecting a reduction of government but once in, they think it’s all about them.
We think we are voting for small government conservatism but they just see it as us approving them to enjoy the perks of status quo cronyism. If I were in their position, I probably wouldn’t understand the Tea Party either.
