s far as I can discover, Janet Theres Nothing To See Here Napolitanos newly created policy of feeling up and peeking under the skirts of random airline passengers has not resulted in the apprehension of a single terrorist.
Although Napolitanos brainstormthe Spanish tormenta en el cerebro is more evocativegave us longer delays, missed flights, frustration, embarrassment, and ill will, and it hasnt caught even one mad bomber, it has provided one positive benefit: a career path for perverts. The only thing this embattled minority had going for them previously was womens prison guard. Now they can find ready employment at at any airport across the land. Celebrate diversity!
But to the statistics. The TSAs policy of Grope, Peek, and Grab (GPG) is, of course, a screening program. Another screening program with which you might be familiar is prostate cancer checks, an examination which is now not that different from being allowed to fly by our beneficent, all loving government.
The possible result of any screen are four:
1. The screen catches what its looking for. Well call this true positives. Thus, when the TSA agent snaps on his rubber glove and lovingly slides his lubricated-wait a minute: thats the PSA, not TSA, test. Its so easy to be confused! For the TSA test, the agent snaps on his rubber glove and lovingly slides his non-lubricated hands over the parts of your body reserved previously for your husband or wife, he discovers that you have managed to wedge a destructive device into the folds of your shorts. The agent confiscates this device, an action which probably saves some lives. It is only probably, because we have not yet witnessed the use of a successful device, merely unsuccessful ones. ...

Or perhaps requesting that an attractive screener of the opposite sex do the patting?
How about every person that has access to the aircraft go through security?
They run everybody, pilots and crew included that board the planes through it but at some airports if you work there (cleaning crew, mechanics, food vendors, ect) you are not required to go through security. Yet these people have access to the planes.
Perhaps Mr. Pistole can be asked to explane that tomorrow.

"The protection of Moslems and undocumented aliens
Is the first, primary, and ONLY concern of the Obama Administration.
Just as we have exempted them from ObamaCARE and its burdensome taxes,
Moslems will forever be excused and protected
from our imposed invasive breast and pelvic examinations, and
from the nude pictures we assemble, store, and distribute."

This is also a preview of Obamacare: “Turn your head and cough please, while I investigate for criminal devices.”
(this world is sick)
Random searches are NOT reasonable searches, and are therefore a violation of the 4th Amendment.
A reasonable search would be either a targeted search (profiling) or a search of everybody with absolutely no exceptions. The second one would only be reasonable for a short, specific period of time in direct response to a specific threat. (Think escaped convicts who are probably hiding in a car driven by a hijacked citizen on one of several routes away from the prison or whatever.)
IMO.
Here is what I'll put on my card:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
No. It ensures that Jihadists carrying explosive only need dress in burkas and they will be exempt from it all. One can carry a fair amount of non metallic ordnance under a burka.
We shouldn’t have to go through. We have all had background checks, fingerprinting etc. And I’m sure our background checks are much more extensive than those for TSA employees. Airline personnel are not the problem. You really think your pilot who is licensed to carry a firearm on board should go through? If you want to shut down the airline industry that would be a real good way to do it. At some point there has to be a level of trust for the people directly involved with the aircraft. Even the idiots at the TSA see that.
Security is an illusion. We can try to mitigate risks, but at some point we are ending up changing the best parts of being American to react to the worst parts of our opposites in liberty and freedom.
We are at that point, and our government is drunk with it’s newfound powers.
Ironic.
