Obamacon 2012 Chairman Andy Martin will hold a Honolulu news conference today, November 13th, to announce a “scavenger hunt” seeking Barack Obama’s physical birthplace in Honolulu. Obamacon 2012/Honolulu 2010 continues through Tuesday, November 16th. Today’s sidewalk news conference will be held at the intersection of Atkinson Drive and Kapiolani Boulevard in front of the Hawai’i Convention Center, Honolulu....Obamacon 2012 conference leader/author/film producer Andy Martin asks “Where’s the plaque” concerning Barack Obama’s unknown birthplace in Hawai’i.Martin notes that although Obama claims Honolulu as his birthplace, nowhere in Honolulu is there any plaque to commemorate the actual presidential “birthplace.” Martin says it is peculiar that no presidential birthplace has ever been conclusively identified and documented;

In reading Law of the Nations by Emer de Vattel page 219 of the Liberty Fund Publication 2008 based on the 1787 publication allow me to quote “ It is asked, whether the children born of citizens in a foreign country are citizens? The lws have decided this question in several countries, and their regulations must be followed. By the laws of nature alone, children follow the condition of their fathers, and enter into all their rights, the place of birth produces no change in this particular. and cannot of itself furnish any reason for taking from a child what nature has given him:I say “of itself,” for civil or political laws may, for particular reasons ordain otherwise.

And I wonder why Obama wrote a book back in 1995 called “Dreams From My Father” which was about his father being a British Colonial Empire and a Kenyan national. That book was written twelve years before Obama announced his candidacy.

When some folks in Indiana tried to invalidate Obama’s Indiana Electoral College votes on the grounds that since his father was not an American citizen, he was ineligible. The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled:

So, Michelle Obama was correct. As an Adult he was a Kenyan Citizen.

I myself don't fit into any citizenship qualification of any foreign country. I have two US citizen parents.

They tend to give citizenship to people born to their own citizens.

Chester A. Arthur political opponents accused him of not being a Natural Born citizen. They believed that he was born one year before his father was a U.S. citizen. They wanted him declared ineligible under Article 2 of the Constitution. His opponents were unable to provide any proof(birth certificate) however and were not able to have him declared ineligible. Whether or not Arthur was a Natural Born citizen is still unknown due to lack of records. But we KNOW that obama’s father was a foreign national, and thus making obama ineligible to be the President. As there has been no laws passed sinced Arthur was President that changed the meaning of Natural Born citizen, we must conclude that the meaning has not changed. Both parents must be U.S. citizens to be declared Natural Born.

Our president was a documented Kenyan Citizen as an Adult and a child.

I had no Idea.

So now we know he had two citizenships as an
adult, and four as a child. British, Indonesian, Kenyan and American. And he had to give up US citizenship for a while when he was adopted, so maybe, legally, he only has Kenyan Citizenship.
