So, let me get this straight: everyone is subject to pat downs except Muslims? Yeah, that makes perfect sense. [/s]
Incorrect, you have the right to travel freely throughout the United States without permission or harassment from the government. This right was not limited to walking and horseback any more than the freedom of the press was limited to the hand cranked, movable type printing press.
It’s probably a stretch to say they’re regulating interstate commerce.
If logic existed in this world, the presence of a hijab would be grounds for a full cavity search, not a free pass.
Its probably a stretch to say theyre regulating interstate commerce.”
No more a stretch than their using interstate commerce as a basis to force mandatory insurance coverage on us.
We could ALL wear hijabs. Kind of like wearing yellow stars in Denmark. In reverse.
Exactly! That is why I want Joe to post a pic of Khaled Sheikh Mohammed!
Muzzie Fuzzie was a bear
his name was Khaled Sheikh Mohammed
he is a bear, no! he is a Brillo pad!
Either way, he is gross!
I’m with you. Why should some animals be more equal? And is it just me, or is this Administration as intransigent as King George III? And he was crazy, I believe.
We the People — ‘to ensure domestic tranquility.’
Muslims are excluded from Obamacare coverage as well! (CAIR working with Obama takes good CAIR/care of them). Some people seem to be getting all the breaks while the rest of us it appears they are attempting to break in a different manner.
Undergoing a security screening before boarding a plane is not “harassment”.
Too bad Bennie Hill isn’t still with us ...I could see him doing a bit as a TSA agent.

Oh, the irony. If it weren't for the 9-11 attacks there wouldn't be pat downs.
Why not every body pee in a cup and/or give blood before they board the plane? Drugged passengers are dangerous, too, aren’t they?

incorrect.....the airlines are privately owned organizations and can certainly regulate, within limits, who can and cannot use their facilities. They are regulated by the F.A.A. and therefore are subject to some regulation as far as their day to day operations are concerned. The searce proceedures are to protect you from me and me from you. I have no problem with the new kind of “invasive” scanners....but EVERYONE must be subject to them.
Khaled Sheikh Mohammed
So in the name of “flying is not a Constiutitonal right” eveyrone should happily accept the Testicle Squeezing Authority’s sexual molestation or Xray nudie photo option?
BTW there’s huge money here - 0bastard took the CEO of the company that makes these Xray nudie devices with him on his Pasha trip to Asia.
Yeah, a stretch, I don’t consider myself “goods and services”. At least not anymore.
You’re a good little ant.
Whatever Is Not Prohibited Is Mandatory and all that.
The right to travel is a basic human right. So basic, the founding Fathers saw no need to point it out. Same as the right to procreate.
Or are we going to start getting a license and permission for that as well?
Being forced to allow strangers to see an Xray of your naked body, or allow them to run their hands all over your body including breasts and groin is indeed harassment.
Maybe such things are normal every day occurances in your life, but not in most peoples’.
