Lt. Col. Terry Lakin's brother Dr. Greg Lakin and World Net Daily's Jerome Corsi appeared on the Peter Boyles radio show to discuss LTC Lakin's refusal to obey orders until Obama proves his constitutional eligibility to be President and Commander-in-Chief.
Note to the ignorant obots and some in the media; You can keep trying to say Lt. Col. Lakin is doing this because he is somehow a racist but you will find out in part 4 of this interview that Lt. Col. Lakin happens to be in an interracial marriage with 3 interracial children. This issue is a constitutional issue and nothing more. Lt. Col. Lakin took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic.

LTC Lakin is certainly not a racist, he is sincere and a dedicated American patriot. He is also a moron and has been led down the primrose path by so called friends and very bad legal advice. I understand that he now has new counsel who seem to be competent and acting in the best interests of their client. I hope that they can help mitigate the professional damage to this man.

Well, he certainly is a competent adult who can make his own decisions and deserves to be held to account for his actions. Unfortunately, his former attorneys walked away scot free and will never have to to answer for what they have done. Their motivation was quite clear. Can you imagine the fame, attention, and fame that would attend to the lawyer who managed to bring down Barack Obama? If the only one at risk when making the attempt for fame and fortune is some naive Army Lieutenant Colonel, why not go for it.

Neal Puckett is Lakin’s new counsel. Puckett, who practices military law, represented Allen West as well as the woman in the Abu Ghraib case. He currently represents military personnel involved in the Fallujah and Haditha cases. Lakin is lucky to get this guy to take his case. Puckett is not only competent, he’s one of the best.
It appears LTC Lakin apparently threw in the principle towel and his new lawyer is going to try to minimize the his sentence The military likely has no stomach to send him to prison and make him a martyr. But his brother Dr. Greg Lakin believes he would persevere all the way to jail if necessary. LTC Lakin does have the moral high ground.

As Corsi said ... with Watergate, it was a 2 yr
cycle before critical mass finally formed .. and
I believe Ltc Lakin will take whatever punishment
is doled out, meanwhile the military takes it on
the chin and is left still with the vital
unanswered question about their CIC.

publicity will continue to grow until it

That's correct. Neal Puckett is one of the best in that area of law. In addtion, LTC Lakin knew up front that he was inviting his own court martial prior to Attorney Paul Jensen representing him. He choose to question Barry's eligibility before Jensen was involved.
