Is the monk story an argument for lenient concealed carry laws? DU is so confusing.

Oh those heady days when Elizabeth Edwards, Cindy Sheehan and David Van Oz all posted on DU.
Will Pitt was a Kucinich spokesman, and Hekate was a living Goddess....

The monk reached out, and plucking the crimson fruit, held it to his nose. The sweet fragrance rushed into his nostrils as the last bit of the vine gave way and the monk began to fall. As he plummeted toward the tiger, the monk popped the strawberry in his mouth, and the flavor was the sweetest thing he had ever experienced. Just ta showsya how much culturin I gots, I remember this story from an episode of The Incredible Hulk (TV show).

It seems every DUFU thread has a central theme of:
“ME! ME! ME! ME! It’s all about ME!”

Ironic...
Based on issues raised here I did some good research, and at times I did some fine writing based on that research.
Hubby asked me more than once if I wanted him to set up a blog for me, and I always said no. I had DU and my ego didn’t need a blog.

Our Boy Wee Willie Pitt turns 39 today! I'm hoping PJ or I can come up with a special DUFU for that later today, so save your birthday wishes till then. Will Jason Leopold be Pitt's birthday present? The thing that makes me curious is that the two work together at TruthOut but apparently Leopold has become a non-person as far as Pitt is concerned. I'm sure he blames Leopold for hypnotizing him into believing the Rove indictment story, thus completely ruining whatever chance he might have had in REAL journalism rather than ending up as a Web laughingstock.
So how does this work out? Do the two ever run into each other? What is the dynamic at work there? Come on, Pitt, don't hold back. Tell us how you now REALLY feel about the man who so easily suckered you into believing Fitzmas would raise you out of obscurity.

She's leaving DU because she finally got her degree in sociology and can no longer use the .edu domain. She's been there for 8 years. So that means she joined DU in her Junior year?

Thanks go to the moran who showed up at the 2005 Terri Schiavo vigil towing a humongous crucifix behind his pickup truck I was so impressed and appalled that I coined the phrase on the spot and it became my new swear-word. I did a search recently and found it's all over the place at DU and elsewhere. And he/she/it is proud of this? I know someone who will be tickled to meet you, DUmmie!

The Bush years were scary years, as our civil liberties were carved away with a backhoe.
What an insane myth. They have to motivate themselves with lies, distortions and exaggerations.
I am sure we all remember the news stories about innocent American citizens being harassed and intimidated by Bush gestapo.
Oh that's right...those were Black Panther democrat/progressive/liberal Nazis. But that's OK they have no power they can't be racist.

As for myself, I'm paid up through mid-May of next year, but this is it for me. Let's just say that I'd rather leave on my own terms than be vaporized without warning after 8 solid years of membership. Hold on now!
DUmmies have to pay a mandatory membership fee?
