Sen. Harry Reid has won reelection in a tightly contested battle with Sharron Angle. Angle, a strong supporter of the Constitution and small government, appears to have lost despite recent polling that had her up by as much as 3 points.
Reports of fraud and intimidation have circulated for weeks, with early voters complaining of rigged voting machines throughout Clark County.
Residents of Clark County Nevada have reported that upon attempting to vote for Angle they found that Reid’s name had already been checked. This is not surprising as widespread voting fraud has been reported since the inception of the fraudulent electronic voting machines.
Clark County is where three quarters of Nevada’s residents and live and where Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s son Rory is a county commissioner. Rory is also a Democratic candidate for governor.
Since early voting started, there have been credible reports that voting machines in Clark County, Nevada are automatically checking Harry Reid’s name on the ballot.
Electronic voter fraud has been heavily documented by numerous investigations including a report in Truthout by Brad Friedman:
Sharron Angle should start filing the lawsuits right now. Then again, so should Harry Reid. However, it might be a bit more difficult politically for the Senate majority leader, given the undeserved support Reid has shown in the past for Nevada’s 100 percent unverifiable, error-prone, hackable, illegally-certified, electronic voting systems the state forces all voters to use at the polling place.
Given that the Angle/Reid contest in Nevada is likely to be among the closest – and most closely-watched – races for the US Senate this November 2, both parties would be wise to get to court and file for an order to ensure all of the hard drives, flash memory chips and memory cartridges to be used in their electronic voting machines during both early voting and on Election Day are securely retained for 22 months after the election.
The federal law requiring as much, Retention of Voting Documentation (42 USC. 1974 through 1974e), has, however, never been followed in any state to my knowledge, at least in regard to the sensitive memory cards and hard drives from electronic voting systems. Those devices hold both ballot programming and the way the computers have recorded – accurately or not – the way voters have voted. They might also hold the only evidence of any system malfunction or malfeasance. Nonetheless, officials routinely scrub those materials not long after the polls have closed. Key evidence – perhaps the only actual evidence – of how voters had hoped to vote and of any obstruction to that intent, is thereby lost forever.
The voting machine still used across the Silver State – the horrible, hackable, failure-prone Sequoia AVC Edge touch-screen voting machines with VeriVote “paper trail” printer add-on – has a storied history. There is also a recent history of very close elections in Nevada. Consequently, both candidates would be wise to bring on experienced Election Integrity experts to advise them in what can and will go wrong with those voting systems this year.
Unfortunately, while Reid seems to have long been in denial about the unverifiability and outright failure of the systems used in his state, Angle has likely bee
Go after the pollsters, and then let the pollsters go after the fraud that undermines their business model. If enough people cancel their subscriptions to people like Rasmussen, he will be motivated to speak out against fraud.

Nothing will happen unless armed insurrection flames up... which will never happen... so nothing will happen. dims can murder and steal... that is good for America according to the government... which are all dim union hacks and communists.

And who, exactly, is going to do the investigating? The Democratic SoS who is beholden to Soros for his election? The Democratic Attorney General or the Democratic US Attorney General? and a Democratic senate is not going to name a special investigator to look into this....
Check it out yourself. Reid is a POS crook.
PLEASE, LORD, MAKE IT HAPPEN.
CAUSE REID TO NOT ONLY LOSE BUT TO BE IMPRISONED FOR HIS TRAITOROUS CORRUPT EFFORTS.
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PLEASE, LORD.
INDEED.
May God Almighty expose every last millimeter & miligram. of their treason.

Amen!!
Make me want to laugh out loud . .
” Slowly, very slowly the people are waking up. “
Yeah, but slower than Heinz ketchup ;-)
Thanks for your pings and great links.
When they lost they became suspicious when the counts predicted the night before were exact to the single vote, and one precinct director called to apologize that he hadn't yet been able to submit his count; all precincts had been announced as having been counted.
The brothers found a warehouse with spare voting machines, their count paper rolls already having been punched, and photographed them. They filmed the League of Women Voters punching extra holes in thousands of ballots, invalidating them. They found the professor who admitted to programming the counting algorithms. The confronted the president of the League of Women Voters who committed suicide.
They followed the cover-up all the way to a bipartisan meeting in Washington. The FBI, they discovered, had an official permanently assigned to covering up vote fraud.
The FBI repeatedly lost the boxes of evidence, denying they had received them. Finally, their case was dismissed for a exceeding the statue of limitations, when there is no statue of limitations on vote fraud. The assistant attorney general in Florida at that time was Janet Reno.
We need to fund a private, bipartisan, voter fraud organization - an NGO. Everyone knew that the SEIU counted votes in Nevada, and in most other states. Everyone knew that Nevada was using electronic machines which are completely opaque, no audit trail whatsoever. If your job depended upon fixing a vote, your family's future and your mortgage depended upon it what would you do? We'll call this a “Tea Party” issue because, even in blue states like mine, they were doing what they could, which is minimal, by observing counts of absentee ballots in California.
The IRS uses the technique displayed by someone here at Free Republic to show the likelihood of fraud in Nevada. Voting is a kind of biased voting, but when every poll differs from the vote, fraud is probable. With corruption in the judiciary, whether statistical evidence would be sufficient to force discovery is a crap shoot, but one which we should test. As we are beginning to understand, and George Soros understood a while back, every political race is now national. Soros is a master at devaluing a commodity so that he can buy it on the cheap. We can stop him if we return integrity to our voting systems and regain control over who represents us.
California permits the public to decide issues directly, by initiative. Most initiative issues are at odds with the decisions by Californians, gay marriage, impeachment of a governor, Proposition 13. Propositions require signatures on paper, and are a de-facto audit trail. Other, as they have done in Missouri, the cheaters create more voters than people, or popular initiatives will pass. Signatures are counted by the interested parties, as paper ballots used to be. That is why we no longer have paper ballots. Republicans may not cheat as predictably as Democrats, but they have never fought to make elections verifiable. There is an issue for whatever the left thinks constitutes the “Tea Party.” (They don't yet admit that the Tea Party is the mainstream of those who believe in liberty!)
Thanks for the thoughtful post.
I think that is a good idea.

Dirty Harry bump.
They should outlaw those electronic voting machines
Thanks mountainman. I am a bit ashamed at my abysmal editing. (I got called away, and shot it off!) I forgot to provide the reference to the book “VoteScam” by the Collier brothers. It includes the actual FBI documents and government responses, allaying any notion that the brothers made up the story. The videos they took when they barged into Broward County's tabulating office used to be available (I have them). The brothers have both died, but the daughter of one was still publishing the book.
VoteScam is quite readable and, plausible, other than their hypothesis that voting was taken over by a bipartisan cabal of The Ruling Class after Kennedy was assassinated because didn't trust the public. The Ruling Class included some familiar power brokers including the owner of the WaPo and the Republican Attorney general. It was plausible because that the media had the exact count before there was any counting - before the polls closed - is simply a fact. That the wealthy Director of the League of Woman Voters committed suicide within days of the Collier's threat to expose her using their videos is history. Janet Reno's role and the legal battle is quite public. The previously little known “Voter News Service”, a consortium providing exit polling data and owned by CBS, NBC. ABC and perhaps CNN, and that actually collated the final tablulation for the government has never been refuted.
John Fund has written a good book with lots of history about voting crime called “Stealing Votes.” It is time to keep the focus on cheating, and the Tea Parties may be the best avenue for achieving that.
I just learned that Arizona has paper ballots in at least some of their precincts. Paper ballots are the most secure mechanism available today because, crude though it may seem, there is a paper audit trail, and a local precinct count before the SEIU has a chance to lose boxes in someones trunk, or, or in a river, or a garage.
Here is a project which shows both the level of sophistication required, as well as one potential path to compete with paper ballots out of Harvard's engineering department: http://www.physorg.com/news155473407.html And here is a 501C3 and its cousin, verifiedvoting.org and the Verifiable Voting Foundation which is both trying to be a friend to the voting machine industry while presenting some of the truth of vulnerability:
http://www.verifiedvotingfoundation.org/article.php?id=6804
My pointer brought you to the recent hack by U of Mich computer scientists of Washington D.C.’s machines. While machines have become much more sophisticated, their very nature and complexity makes them vulnerable as paper ballots do not.
no, paper ballots are easily stuffed into ballot boxes.
We do it here in the Philippines all the time.
In fact, the last presidential election was ‘electronic” to prevent cheating.
No LadyDoc. If ballots are placed in ballot boxes with monitors present, and the boxes opened with monitors present, and the count executed with monitors present, and the count recorded, and the boxes sealed and signed, and the boxes transported with monitors present to secure storage, there is no opportunity for stuffing.
Without corrupt judges preventing precincts from requiring proof of citizenship and/or secure ID, the tricks currently common of monitoring the published lists of who hasn't yet voted and flooding precincts during the last hour will continue. Busing in illegals is popular in some states, and that won't be fixed either. Absentee ballots provide even easier ways to hide bury the intentions of voters, and should be eliminated. With the SEIU counting absentee ballots and write-ins in Alaska, and Murkowski's friends in their court system ready to come out of retirment when she needs a decision, the absentee ballots will be what they want them to be. But without securing the count, fixing those crimes will not guarantee representation.
Given the problem of designing a system which appears to be registering votes, but which can report any count is not trivial, but not hard either. Designing systems with powerful encryption and some means of validating registrations makes for interesting computer science, and I've read some clever proposals. The voting machine business is fertile because all machines have weaknesses, including cost and service. In California there has been a move to resolve some doubts by using paper ballots read by machines. Unless there is oversight of the counting by all interested parties the paper ballots don't fix anything. Might as well join Nevada with its slot machine touch screens, which at least sometimes tell the voter for whom their vote will count.
I'm reminded of the famous trial of O.J. Simpson where the two “criminalists” gathered all physical evidence, and each signed labels on each item he and she were responsible for, and testified to that during discovery. Because only one name appeared on all submitted evidence the audit trail was corrupted (the chain of evidence), and the jury chair, a computer analyst, had no choice but to eliminate consideration of any physical evidence. The liberal press screamed jury nullification, but the black chairwoman understood audit trails.
Voting is the guarantor of our freedom. Unless one wants the opportunity to cheat, there is no reason not to choose the simplest mechanism with an audit trail. The purple dye on voter's fingers in Iraq was clever, though it risked the lives of voters. It prevented multiple votes, and was simple. What happened to ballots during the count remains to be seen. There are techniques for creating an audit trail, but preserving anonymity while securing the trail is not a trivial problem.
One interesting clue to voter fraud is the report of a computer crash during the counting. Counting votes is a trivial task. I have had computers systems which literally ran for years while performing much more demanding tasks. Counting twenty or thirty million votes in a few seconds, and the data don't arrive that quickly, would be trivial for the processor in a cell phone. One can only guess that the delay - the “crash” - is to allow those determining what to report to chose numbers unlikely to raise too much suspicion, and to distribute the votes among districts after the polls have closed so they won't be caught having reported more votes than voters, as happened in Missouri and Minnesota. Of course the Dems owned the secretaries of state for those elections, who were able to make up rules after the fact to fix the sloppy vote distribution.
California had its quota of crashes this year, and the votes changing in the late hours are probably the symptom, but the progressive machine in California is being starved as the drones drive productivity out of the state. I am losing some great colleagues and their families as they return to China, Singapore, Russia, and Eastern Europe. The return of the House may hasten the collapse, which can't happen too soon.
The SEIU and NEA have too strong a grip, and have few options but to destroy their host, because without it their members don't have jobs, retirement or health-care. Governor Moonbeam, who opened the door to unionizing government workers, will go down with the ship. Voting in California is largely futile. The last number I saw was two receiving government assistance or employed by government to each private sector employee. Only Washington D.C. has a worse ratio. Higher salaried people are departing California at about 1500/weak, along with their businesses. So eventually, the fraud will end, but what will remain may be mostly the views and nice weather.
