This early word from inside the campaign
Voter turnout is high everywhere but Manhattan area.. Sufflok county 3 to 1 Repub over Dem.. Great for us.. Things look good but I am cautiously optimistic

Turnout in NY 19 looked light but I was there too early to judge what the remainder of the day will hold. This is GOP country so Paladino should do quite well.

how was the turnout where you voted? (everyone?) I voted around 10:30 AM, in mid-town Manhattan. The turnout was very light. I didn't have to wait on any line to sign in or to use the voting machine. There were only two booths for filling in the ballot and they were both empty until I used one of them.
