19 (joker, toker, midnight smoker) — NO! Not that it isn’t a bad idea but it will cst the state a LOT to defend challenges from the feds.
20 (let the People decide districts) — YES! We the People could not do worse than the awful system lifelong politicos has put in place.
21 (another tax!) HELL NO! ‘Nuff said
22 (what a novel idea — use tax funds for the purpose they were originally for!) — YES
23 (the CA Legislature is full of self-important idiots) — YES! AB 32 should never have been passed!
25 (let’s let the democrats just run the State into the ground once and for all) — HELL NO! The only thing we have keeping us from total bankruptcy is the 2/3 majprity requirement.
26 (hey, another new idea — have hidden “fees” be treated like all other taxes). YES!!!
27 (the “cynical let’s confuse the idiot voters” act). NO! This is a cynical attempt to undo Prop 20. If I could find the authors of this one, I would kick them in the gonads so hard their grandchildren would feel it!
Cool Doc. I work in Hollywood and have to mix it up with moonbats and morons here but good info nonetheless.
