The Post & Email spoke with Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III shortly after 8:00 p.m. last evening from the Monroe County jail, at which time he reported the following:
"I have spoken with some of the deputy sheriffs here, and they know whats going on and cant say anything."

Lt Cdr Walter Fitzpatrick is rather an odd ball - he tried to perform a citizen’s arrest on the Grand Jury Foreman, he may have some good reasons but he goes about it entirely the wrong way.
“Fitzpatrick didn’t serve a full career. He was courtmartialed and convicted, circa 1990, on charges similar to embezzlement. As a result he was dismissed from the service. See the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, 21 April 1994, page A8.
So he’s already been courtmartialed and drummed out of the Navy. Yet he continues to use his rank, and he even names his blog to suggest that he was in the JAG — he wasn’t, he was a communications officer.”
A respected FReeper knows him and responded to that accusation.
To: Mr. Luckyhe didnt storm any courthouse at all, he went there after telling the authorities to meet with him there to ASSIST him in serving the supoena for the grand jury
He fully told them what he did, what he wanted to do, how it was completely constitutional and they arrested him for it

Also answered by the same FReeper.
To: Grunthor; flightlineNo, hes not.
he ws totally shafted by the NCIS, someone forged a signature on a court martial against him, he proved it, and has been in a battle against the government since.
his charges were finally dropped, but his attempts to prosecute the person whom handwriting analysis experts identifed were all denied.
I have some of the story wrong, he never wrote it down in a clear way, but I have spoken to him on the phone. he is a clear thinking, highly intelligent person who has a horrible story to tell.
And trust me, when you read his writings, he is telling the truth, me and him argued over whether he wrote properly or not, I think he is too emotional, he thinks I am too morose
BUT, he is NOT crazy, not by a longshot!

I think Tennessee.
It is good go have someone who knows him and can give his side of the story. Don’t get me wrong, I would be the first to believe that these small towns especially down South but not restricted to the South are absolutely corrupt, large towns too where the local DA, police and judges have just become too buddy, buddy over the years.
The video of the incident in the Grand Jury room shows that a functionary asked Lt. Cdr. Fitzpatrick to leave several times but the Lt. Cdr. refused so he called the police to have him evicted. What he tried to do was bound to end that way no matter where in the US he was - I am sure that he knew that too.
As for the dismissal - I believe such a thing could happen but nevertheless, with such a background it is not wise to continue with unnecessary confrontations.
Challenging the President´s legitimacy is enough to make oneself unpopular with a good number of people and then adding the Grand Jury foreman, by a clumsy publicity stunt of a citizen arrest, to your list of enemies will not help his prime objective if one wishes to be taken seriously.

HOW CAN THERE BE AN ARRAIGNMENT WITHOUT ANY CHARGES OR ACCUSER?
I checked the link to Tennessee statutes and it is true that it is illegal to be a jury foreman for twenty years straight.
I am sure it is, but I also know that the Grand Jury is the creature of the DA - they merely rubber-stamp what he wants. So no matter who is the foreman the result will is foreordained.
I also believe his attorney wanted to be taken off the case but the judge would not allow it unless he made a formal motion.
What that was all about I am not sure, but could it be that our 'emotional' Lt. Cdr. is not a cooperative client?
Gotta say goodnight now it is early in the morning here.

I read the post. I concluded that if not clinically “nuts”, he is an attention whore/drama queen.
You’re welcome.
