These amendments have to do with redistricting. I did early voting today in FL and proudly voted no. However, the wording of the amendments makes it look like a really good thing so I think many voters will be fooled. I’m guessing the amendments will pass. Just a guess.

He’s not standing in the way of a GOP avalanche but he is attempting to change the mountain.

The man needs to be taken down. Oppose EVERYTHING he supports, cost him money.

This is all true, good thing is if all Pubbies vote against it then it will not pass by the 60 percent required.

We have brand new yard signs (indicating a no vote on 5 and 6) at most Republican HQ. We need to educate because the radical groups are pulling out all the stops with lots of TV and Mailings with all their lies.

I am running out of room for all my signs.

Arrest George Soros. He has no business involving himself.

I voted no on 4,5, and 6. They are worded strangely and they may get a lot of votes but I think (I heard anyway) that an amendment must get 60% to pass but I don't know for sure. I hope the three (4, 5 and 6) fail.

You are correct, any admendment needs 60% to pass here in FL. Here in the heartland we are voting HELL NO!

Proponents say is about fairness. But who will determine what is fair?

Amendments 5 and 6 “require legislators to achieve the seemingly impossible when they draw new district lines that are certain to be second-guessed by activist ‘judges gone wild.’ Opponents call these Amendments ‘the full-employment act for lawyers’ because the contradictory mandates outlined in Amendments 5 and 6 will lead to endless litigations. The long list of lawyers and law firms contributing to FairDistricts is no accident, critics say.

Cost can’t be determined. But there will be more litigations, more challenges in the courts; more costs to Floridians.

It’s really aggravating me. Congress takes SS payments and spends them on everything but SS and the unions take funds that should go to employee’s retirement and spends them on political contributions. If Soros wants to spend his own money, that is his business but we taxpayers are going to be expected to bail out SS and the union retirement funds!

I was reading earlier today about a new book, Wizards of Wall Street, by Zito Diamond which says that Soros made trillions by short selling and precipitating the recent financial meltdown. So, maybe we should stop calling him a billionaire because he is now a trillionaire.

It is easy to fool the florida voters. Heck, they did grant constitutional rights to pigs.
