Here is an interesting question that I have for the Associated Press. The AP has a story from October 21 that features the news that Democrats in Maryland are turning out in bigger numbers for early voting than Republicans. But according to the Maryland State Board of Elections, early voting in the Old Line State isn't supposed to start until October 22.
Of the early voting stats in its Oct. 21 report AP says (my bold):
While it's impossible to tell for whom people are voting, so far more Democrats than Republicans are casting ballots in Iowa, Maryland, North Carolina, Louisiana and Nevada's heavily Democratic Clark County, which supplied two-thirds of the state's voters in 2008.But according to the Maryland State Board of Elections (my bold again):
For the general election, early voting centers will be open starting Friday October 22, 2010 through Thursday, October 28, 2010, except for Sunday, October 24th when early voting centers are closed. So, what gives? How is it that AP knows the future and is reporting on early voting in Maryland, saying it is high for Democrats, when early voting isn't even supposed to start until the day after the report came out?
They are recording more dems in the early voting because the other side of the aisle-ers only get election day off. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
The only real truth from an AP report is that it’s the AP reporting it. Everything after (AP) is all opinion and should be taken with a grain of salt, or a Tylenol PM. Don’t get me wrong, nothing about this election is in the bag. Opinion WILL shift, fraud will happen and the ‘Rats will come home in some of these races in deep dark blue districts and states. But make no mistake; many previous red seats will shift back to R and many blue seats will also shift to R. The spin machine is crankin’ full steam and must be ignored...WE MUST VOTE!!
Again.
“AP is lying to you.”
That sure seems to be the case, doesn’t it?
Early voting for Maryland Republicans begins on Oct 22. Early voting for Maryland Democrats begins whenever they show up at the polling place, even if it is a week early. The pre-filled in ballots are already waiting for the Dems to show up. Or perhaps it is just a special earlier time for SEIU and ACORN members.
You probably are missing nothing. Democrats are probably already filling out fraud ballots except AP is too stupid to pay attention to the fact that voters aren’t supposed to be voting yet.
I get the big feeling that fraud and cheating may determine this election. That is why all theses polls are coming out putting so many dems ahead. They want to make the fraud look believable.
If this happens and we lose alot. I will be done with voting forever. It will mean that there is no fair election process in America ever again.
In order to cheat, some areas would require huge numbers of fraudulent ballots. That would result in %100+ of registered voters casting ballots. That would result in an uprising that would not go well for the left.
Utterly dishonest reporting. The numbers have been analyzed as very troublesome for Reid. Of course there might be more RAT votes in Clark, but not nearly to the degree needed given that most counties are overwhelmingly Republican.
Early vote a bad omen for Harry Reid
Do a search on my name, I have been posting state by state updates. GOP turnout is very good.
On the flip side:
As of Sept 21, we could vote early in person, or pickup an absentee ballot; yet just a few days ago one of the alphabets left SD off their list & map of states where voting had started.
Hey Lamestream Media, quit making stuff up!
Two possibilities:
Dead voters have no sense of time, and they are showing up early in Baltimore this year.
Or the AP has already written their stories on this election, including the “surprise” “unexpected” Democrat victories, and they accidentally released this one a little too early.
We know this is more of the same Dem election fraud. We just don’t know which kind of fraud it indicates. The answer is to volunteer as a poll watcher, and expect fraud. Don’t let things happen unless you understand them.
Some states consider absentee voting “early voting”. The AP probably is confusing requests for absentee ballots with early voting.

I think is the article I read. I saw the word ‘spin’ in the title and assumed that they were claiming more votes than the Republicans. Don’t know where I got ‘Florida’, though. I do think there is an effort to get out a message that they are ‘winning’.
Well, so far no one seems to know why AP added Maryland in that report, anyway! Thanks for the link.
Democrat turnout is much lower than it was in 2008.
The Democrat turnout still may be slightly higher than the GOP, but that is to be expected since the Democrats are more likely to early vote than the GOP is.
But from the numbers, it is clear, the GOP is going to have huge numbers.
And, regardless of voter registration party affiliation, these Democrats won’t necessarily be voting for Democrat candidates. :-)
That’s how N.C. had Jesse Helms as a Senator for 36 years. There were NEVER enough registered Republicans in N.C. to elect him.
