Of course, Hitler never gave the Jews a chance to assimilate. In fact, one of the tenets of Nazi propaganda was to decry how Jews in fact did assimilate into Germany, and passed themselves off as “regular Germans.” So it didn’t matter to them whether or not a Jew adopted German culture, they were the same as any other Jew.
Hitler mimicked Islam in almost all his horrors. When he said:
“Who will remember the Armenians”
many Jews were not listening or pretending not to hear...as well as most Christians.
Four million Christians (Greks, Armenians, Assyrians) were disposed of brutally and unspeakably by Muslim Turks within less than 8 years in Asia Minor aka Turkey just a few years earlier.
And Germany was happy to help their clients the Turks.
