For crying out loud....the “Television generation” seems to be in charge. If my wife were to drop dead of a heart attack in our kitchen, I guess I’m supposed to now assume that I’m going to be accused of a conspiratorial murder.

Gloria Allred would produce a witness who saw you "arguing". Another attornopundit, would find reason to believe you wife was planning to leave you. They'd be digging through your trash declaring you to be buried under a mountain of bills a potential alcoholic drug addict.
As far as I'm concerned the media is doing just as much damage in the country as the courts themselves. Lord knows how many cases they've influenced to keep the ratings up.

You are trying to tell us that a spouse dying of a sudden heart attack is anywhere near comparable to a spouse dying of a bullet on a jet ski to have disappeared, body and jet ski, from the earth forever?
