I guess I’m supposed to now assume that I’m going to be accused of a conspiratorial murder.

Gloria Allred would produce a witness who saw you "arguing". Another attornopundit, would find reason to believe you wife was planning to leave you. They'd be digging through your trash declaring you to be buried under a mountain of bills a potential alcoholic drug addict.

As far as I'm concerned the media is doing just as much damage in the country as the courts themselves. Lord knows how many cases they've influenced to keep the ratings up.

Scott Peterson is on death row. I never saw or read one piece of evidence that could be used to convict him without reasonable doubt.
All the people involved threw doubt out the window.
He could be guilty but I never saw the proof.
