NYC... Just as is the case with the Ground Zero Mosque project, O'Reilly proves that his facts may be right but that doesn't mean he presented them right. While I do support vigorous debate I do not condone insulting and demeaning people on their own show on national TV. And when the blusterous guest turned to his host and said,"... now be quiet and you'll learn something," she should have called him for it right there! Way to lose the whole audience "windbag"! And then he turned right around and apologized for say,"Muslim." Why? They kill our soldiers. They kill innocent civilians. They plot more and more attacks globally against even more innocent people all in the name of their god with multiple fatwas issued by innumerable Imams to back them up and we are not supposed to call them muslims? Why? Oh, because we might offend the other muslims who refuse to stop these muslim murders? Oh, OK. I see. NOT!
Actually, my household was cheering O’Reilly for telling Joy to be quiet and learn something. What he said to her was mild compared to her nasty diatribes regarding others with different viewpoints.
Long ago someone should have scolded that stupid witch.
Those old hens can dish it out, but they can’t take it. Flouncing off like little girls doesn’t exactly shore up their credibility.
who cares...the lot of them isn’t worth a **** in the ****!
***** the whole 0’pinhead bunch them...
Once in a while I appreciate O’Reilly, not very often , but that once in a while.
There is nothing quite as lonely as a brain synapse in Joy Behare's head.
Bill can be overbearing and in love with his own voice, but he was dead right here and the only way he could get his point across was to talk over the interruptions of those two human(?) airhorns.
It was said in jest, Joy Behar is an insufferable boor. And does worse most every day on her show. Whoopie Goldberg is always over her head while engaging in an intellectual conversation.
Both of them showed a remarkable amount of intolerance...especially considering that BOR did not misrepresent the facts. If they had had the presence of mind and cooler heads - the superior position they claimed to have - then they would have sorted it out without the hissy fit.
They could have quickly and easily clarified the matter, even corrected him if you will, by asking “You do mean, radical muslims, right?”
And BOR would have certainly said, “Yes,” and the conversation could have moved on smoothly with little or no rancor.
So, who’s decision was it to get pissy? The View Girls proved that their emotions about this topic get the better of them and aren’t really having a rational discussion.
They looked like Pinheads.
Did BOR omit the term ‘radical’ to bait them? Who knows...Either way, they took the bait and ran. That’s on them.
Too bad they didn’t keep walking.
The Muslims all read the same book.
Don’t play word games with Killers. The Muslims attacked the US.
Mr O was right the first time.
I don’t think she’s stupid. Many of her comments are driven by both ignorance and hate.
“Bill can be overbearing and in love with his own voice, but he was dead right here and the only way he could get his point across was to talk over the interruptions of those two human(?) airhorns.”
I agree. ;-)
If you’ll watch the clip, it perfectly illustrates a current (and infuriating) modern trend - unrepentant interrupting. And while I’m not a big fan of Bill O, in this case I don’t blame him a bit.
I suppose spurred on by shows like The Apprentice, people now think they are being “dynamic” or “force-full” or “sharp” to unhesitatingly interrupt other people. My expeience with this phenomena is that the people that most often interrupt almost always have nothing to say worth hearing. The constant interruptions are to mask an empty head. They are not force-full or dynamic, but rather rude, ignorant, bores that must have learned their manners from the sailors standing around their mother’s bed.
And yes, that’s pretty much the direct way I respond to them. If they want to they can walk off, or if they are looking for alternatives, I’ll be glad to tell them something else they can do.
I can do a lot more interesting and productive activities in my life than watching the View.
Whatever it was all about it still doesn’t change the fact that Muslims are and always will be enemies to a constitutional United States of America.
If we allow Obama to terra-form America for future Muslims then its our fault for not taking action now. Taking a course of trying to categorize Muslims is also wasteful, next thing will happen is the history books will clain Germany, Japan, Italy were being led by extremists.
Too many are stuck on labels in the PC world. And that is a choke collar around our necks.
Finally someone says the truth and the left can’t take it.
Joy Behar has said much worse about Christians on more than one occasion. Whoopi Goldberg and Behar had that entire walkoff planned — it was evident in Behar’s facial expression.
This was a contrived confrontation, but it backfired on the liberal women.
“Did BOR omit the term radical to bait them?”
Of course, only BOR knows that....but I think he expected them to understand that he was describing the RADICALS. I think he has made that clear a multitude of times. I think we are all getting extremely tired of this “politically correct” speech addiction. I know that I am and have taken a stand to stop using it.
And Whoopi Goldberg was drowned out, but she kept trying to compare Timothy McVeigh as a “Christian”. The difference is that McVeigh didn’t publicly announce that God had sent him on a Holy Mission to kill, like the Muslims have. Yes, the “extremist” Muslims that the “moderate religion of peace” Muslims remain silent about. Until the Muslims disavow the “Jihad against the infidels” then they are all just Muslims.
they are all the same as the same book of evil is in the hands of all Muslims, there is NO good in that bunch of rabid dogs and ticking time bombs.
A young Arab asks his father:
What is this weird hat that we are wearing ?
It’s a “chechia” because in the desert it protects our heads from the sun !
And what is this type of clothing that we are wearing ?
It’s a “djbellah” because in the desert it is very hot and it protects your
body !
And what are these ugly shoes that we have on our feet ?
These are “babouches”, which keep us from burning our feet when in
the desert !
Tell me, papa...
Yes, my son ?
... Why are we living in Michigan and still wearing all this crap??
