Elections Board refusing to look at Michelle Obama for polling place campaigning

The Democrat Chairman of the Chicago Board of Elections refuses to investigate Michelle Obama for her reported poling place campaigning. Democrat Chairman Langdon D. Neal and his Chicago Board of Elections are not investigating the First Lady for her, if true, complete violation of Illinois state law that strictly forbids electioneering at any polling place. The First Lady was in Chicago’s South Side yesterday, where she cast her ballot early at a voting center. However, reports soon emerged that she had actively campaigned on behalf of her husband—who is about to possibly lose both chambers of Congress and currently has a pitiful approval rating—instead of merely sticking to voting and leaving it at that. Late yesterday, though, the Chicago Board of Elections went into super-high spin mode by speculating that Mrs. Obama may not have violated any laws—despite the presence of a witness who told otherwise.

If they do prosecute on such level on voting-place chat they ought to post a warning outside of each election area. Yes, I know she was an attorney and she certainly knew better, but the last thing we need is to create Martyr Michelle.
