Why are you so obcessed with his Long-form when:
A) A short form is just as good in the eyes of any court of Federal Agency for the purposes of proving place of birth and
B) You think he's ineligble no matter where he was born.

No short form has been presented to any court 'or' Federal Agency. And it not 'just as good' when it lacks the elements that help certify it, such as Obama's jpg and its variants (which is why it has NOT been presented to any court or Federal Agency).
B) You think he's ineligble no matter where he was born.
