I saw that. Axelrod looked like a deer in the headlights.
Really interesting the dems would bring up the subject esp given all the Clinton foreign $ entanglements. Clintons fund raisers wouldn’t open their books and wound up in court and then off to jail. Seems terribly disingenuous of the dems to start pointing fingers. Guess its just more projection from the left.
And he sounded like a total shill by essentially saying that they can make any accusations they want and it up the the Chamber of Commerce to disprove it.
I’d like to see some proof from Axelrod that Obama didn’t accept foreign money during his campaign in his acceptance of prepaid credit cards with no address verification.
If the burden of proof is on the people exercising their 1st amendment rights, let him be the first to prove where every last time dime of his 3/4 billion dollars in private campaign contributions came from.
For Bob Schiefer to actually put an Obamunist henchman on the spot is astounding. Schiefer is a notorious lamestream media Piss Boy for the leftwing.
I think it may be time for Obama to paraphrase a reputed lament from the equally egregious LBJ: “If we’ve lost Bob Schiefer, we’ve lost the country.”
Singing it as it comes to him....
Talk about serving one up for the Republican’s to hit out of the ballpark, or for that matter, the US Chamber of Commerce. Over $500 Million from untraced sources and this guy accuses the US Chamber of Commerce of being funded from foreign sources?
PLEASE, USCC, bring up the foreign funny money funnelled into Obama’s campaign. How THEY refused to show their sources, and the attempts by the FEC to investigate and the Adminstration stonewalling the investigation. PLEASE DO THE JOB THE MEDIA WON’T.
Wondering of Couric is about to be out and Scheiffer is about to be in.
These Administration folks are dangerous. They don’t like private business, and they don’t have too many scruples about attacking it.
I agree. Democrats gift-wrapped this one for Republicans - they just need to choose to open it for the country to see.
