“If we can get insurance companies and the government (Medicare, Medicaid) out of health care, health care costs will become manageable again.”

Hear! Hear!

You’ve hit it square on the head... This whole ugly business of double digit inflation in health care costs didn’t start until the Feds got involved, back in the 50’s and 60’s, along with the stupid a$$ unions demanding ‘perks’ in negotiations (and the idiot companies that caved in to their demands).

Isn’t there a new prison out West that can accommodate a few of these crooks?

You left out the old geezers and the disabled on the death panel lists.

We could build another Hoover Dam size wall 2 miles down steam. That might be suitable.

Amazing how all those who called George Bush a fascist voted in a REAL fascist to succeed him. American voters on average have about as much sense as a domesticated turkey.

According to Rush today, the waivers are only good for one year.

Would I be incorrect in asking why the “equal protection” clause would not apply to those not given a waiver?

I was wondering the same thing. To try to govern this way is outrageous and certainly not constitutional. Why aren’t there more lawsuits?

Where is our exemption from this law. Are not our 14th amendment guarantees of equal abuse under the law being violated?
BINGO!! Commerce clause exemptions are all inclusive.

The Democrats passed a bill that they didn’t even read, just like the stimulus bill. 2,000 pages of doubletalk. And they give the head of the Dept of Health & Human Services the power to apply or waive the law as she sees fit.

Irresponsible, arrogant scoundrels. That’s what we have in the House and Senate. The pigs of Animal Farm.

Hey, where's our waiver?

I've got a note from my mother that says I don't have to participate in Obamacare...

“Where is our exemption from this law?”

Why would you want to be exempt from such a brilliant, compassionate, wonderful law that gives everyone free healthcare?
