Would I be incorrect in asking why the “equal protection” clause would not apply to those not given a waiver?
I was wondering the same thing. To try to govern this way is outrageous and certainly not constitutional. Why aren’t there more lawsuits?
What is a law if one unelected bureaucrat can exempt you from it?
