Resembling a playground dust-up more than a debate, I wasnt impressed. Most people have neither the time nor the inclination to get the details of unemployment figures and tax policies and record for each candidate. Both seem to be statists at heart, willing to plunder the peoples money whenever it suits them. Branstad, for his part, spent unprecedented money on social services and education when he was governor. Culver is worse. But then, Im starting to talk like the candidates. Its time to get back to work. Im one of the hard-working Iowans each candidate keeps trying to flatter, when they arent trying to flatter college students and college presidents. Or take and spend my hard-earned money.
Bump.
Thank you for the bump.
