Rules of the Game

The Game has no rules.

This rule violates Rule # 1.

You are free to break the rules of the Game any time you want.

But since there are no rules, it is impossible to break the rules of the Game.

No, al baby wrote a thread many years ago about being 'stuned' by a 'beeber-like device' in tiajunna. The thread became hilarious and is often quoted in Freeper lore. In fact, someone designed a FR Beeber Stuner.

Oh well that sounds delish. Thanks for the tip! Since I live in the sticks we have no decent Italian Pastry shop so I do miss the good stuff. My parents came from the lower east side and we always visited a pastry shop called DeRobeties on E10st and 1st ave. I love looking at their website.

Here's my 'Real History of Free Republic series'. Some of the inside jokes have been removed over the years, new ones added, and some kept in there simply because the old timers liked them.

Isn't it nice to have an old timer take you under his wing rather than pissed at ya?

I always have made my chile verde with pork, with the fat left on LOL. And when I make it has more green chile’s and onions with some jalapenos. But I cut all the seeds out of the jalapenos and the peppers and saute everything before it goes into the stew pot, so it actually ends up being not to hot. I use some spices but I dont go to heavy on them but I like to use fresh spices from good quality.

There is a genuine Mexican restaurant close to here but they dont take the time I do with my cooking so it ends up being a little to hot overall.

Yeah, better to be on your good side. But I have found that when you are pissed at someone, and that someone tries to get back in your good graces, it kinda makes the knees sore... knee pads :] Pictures, Images and Photos

I know that bakery! It’s about 10 blocks from where my husband and I have a tiny apartment (we really live in suburbia). Wonderful place.

It’s very hard to find a good bakery whether it is French, Italian or German. All those immigrant bakers insisted their kids go to college rather than in the business, so they all became lawyers and doctors and are completely unemployed. Meanwhile, I can’t find a decent cannoli or croissant or White Mountain loaf of bread. Go figure!

P.S.: Did you know Christopher Walken and Bernadette Peters are the descendends (sp?) of NYC bakers?
