I thought this was a chili thread.
My wife is from Ohio. I derisively call that Ohio gravy.

I have never understood pasta and chili Ditto that. Crackers, or tortilla chips to give a little body to it, maybe. But pasta? I don't get it.
Really good chili - competition type stuff - is just meat and sauce. Made by someone who knows what they're doing, there ain't nothin' better.

By the way Cincinnati Chili looks to me like a FUBAR Taco/Pasta!
One HELL of a mixed marriage.

It’s good chili; however, I will go with the Texas chili.

We sometimes stay at the Amari Watergate hotel in Bangkok. Yes Thailand!
The american themed restaurant, bar on the lower floor there has Cincinnati Chili on the menu.
It’s not very.
To: JoeProBono
I prefer Texas-style chili (beans optional), but that looks like it's worth trying. Anything with this much cheese piled on it can't be ALL bad!

Them little white things on side of plate, UFOs or living creatures?
Still Taco on Pasta!!!!!
This time with Oyster Crackers, still not CHILI!

Texas Chili, Cincinnati Chili.....whatever. None of it compares to New Mexico red or green. All the rest is just heavily seasoned tomato sauce.
