Tonight—on the same day that President Obama endorsed his rally—Jon Stewart came out swinging with his strongest anti-Obama Daily Show segment to date. Inside, video of the unexpected segment, during which Stewart basically called Obama a dishonest idealist.

Dont be fooled into thinking that Jon Leibowitz has seen the light. He is still a commie liberal. If he bails on Obama, he’ll come out for Hillary in 2012, and trash whoever the Conservative candidate is.
Oh, I’m not fooled. But this illustrates the infighting that is going on over on the left. DU is a battleground. It’s been very entertaining to watch.
Agreed. It’s a pity he can’t be more centerist. I don’t mind being made fun of on TV provided everyone gets swings taken at them. That’s what South Park does and it works great for them. There are however many better comedians than Steward he just happens to be on TV regularly.
Stewart’s too smart to be a liberal forever... he might be the next Dennis Miller...
I couldn’t believe it when I watched it last night either. It was nice to see some balance on that show.
Nothing more pissed than a liberal who has been conned by another lib. There may be hope for Stewart, but I would not bet on it.
This is a tactic they are using. Obama says he supports the Colbert and Stewart rally.
The idea is to make Obozo look like a moderate while all the commies march on DC.
Colbert and Stewart will pretend to be the voices of sanity.
In the end they can say, you see, all those guys out there are the far left, all those tea partiers are kook right wingers, but Obama is in the voice of sanity.
He was not smart enough to see the dishonesty before the deadly healthcare bill passed.
Of course, that is because Stewart wanted it to pass.
And now, like all good liberals, he will pretend he is upset and had no responsibility for the crisis that is Obamacare.
Sort of like Fannie and Freddie and the housing bubble.

How many Jews are there in the entertainment business and in the government? For such a small percentage of the population in America, there seems to be a huge over representation. Is this a good thing? I am not anti-Jewish, but Jews in this country are overwhelmingly liberal, not just liberal but extreme liberals. There are exceptions, but the exceptions prove the rule. It reminds me of the days when I was in college and the hippies were in control of the school newspaper.
