Over the years, I’ve often stopped at “The Andy Griffith Show” reruns while flipping through the tv-channels, as it’s often the only darned tolerable thing on at the moment. But after Griffith’s creepy Obamacare commercial, I just can’t get myself to even glance at him in the old series anymore without getting queasy.

Oh, and I’ve known of Griffith’s liberalism for decades (not to mention his real-life cranky/sour disposition), but somehow this promotion of Obama’s evil proved to be something of a crossed-line with me. I truly don’t think I’ll ever watch another “Andy Griffith Show” or “Matlock” again.

I could never stand Matlock because they were always introducing the culprit into the story at nearly the end of the show.

We have overlooked actor commercials, politics, etc. for years — but just can’t do it with issues as serious as they are now. So gone went Andy Griffith, Mayberry, Matlock, all of it — won’t be stopping on a single rerun anymore.
