Mexican army soldiers have apprehended Jose Angel Fernandez a/k/a El Pelon or Baldy who is the suspected leader of Los Zetas drug cartel in Cancun as reported by NPR. Authorities believe Baldy may be responsible for the firebomb attack last month against a Cancun bar which killed eight individuals after the owner rejected Los Zetas extortion demands.
