In an exclusive obtained by Pajamas Media.com, Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) has warned Attorney General Eric Holder not to interfere with the decision of Christopher Coates to testify before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights tomorrow, citing the federal 1912 Anti-Gag Legislation and Whistleblower Protection Laws for Federal Employees.

Just the likelyhood of republicans taking over the house and maybe the senate is already having its effect and we are starting to see cojones growing before our eyes. There is so much dem dirt to investigate its dizzying.

I looked earlier on C-Span schedule and USCCR and couldn’t find a thing about it being televised.
The hearing is supposed to begin at 9:30 Eastern.

Didnt this guy already suffer harm. I thought he was demoted.Coates was transferred to the SC DOJ office when he and Adams were subpoenaed by the USCCR. I don't know if that was considered a demotion or not but I'd bet Coates was not happy about it.
