And how much is this “retrofit” going to cost? and how many decades before it pays for itself? In reality would it, in fact, pay back its costs?

See waste money (as well as give “stimulus” gifts to Unions) that will never or at best take years to recoup in “savings” through green-initiatives, and in a recession too..Can his opponent point this out (I don’t suspect Georgia is one of those states loaded with cash at the moment for pet projects like this..)! ?
