What is Apple Cider Vinegar supposed to do? I put Balsamic Vinegar on dam near everything except breakfast, will that protect me?

I have had full-blown “Flu” one time in my life. It it coincidence that it was the same year I received my one-and-only flu shot? You decide. As for me - too much “coincidence” for my taste (and I don’t believe in coincidence).
