What is Apple Cider Vinegar supposed to do? I put Balsamic Vinegar on dam near everything except breakfast, will that protect me?
I’m really not sure myself muleskinner, except that I came across a book about 25 years ago concerning the medicinal value of apple cider vinegar.
No longer have the book but the gist of it was how apple cider vinegar is supposed to be some kind of miracle cure used for thousands of years for all kinds of ailments.
I’ve been taking a tablespoon with honey every day since then and I never get sick.
