IMO a normal person may question the existence of god but realize the value of religious values to society. Those who have an open and raving hatred of anyone or anything to do with religion shows a clearly disturbed mind. Perhaps this is because the man is homosexual and is so worried that he will be damned that he cannot live with the idea that god may exist.
