Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Maybe excess consumption of tumeric makes you drop dead at 45.

Good point. Life expectancy in India is around 63 years. In the US it's about 78 years. Beyond that obvious problem though, I don't know how India could ever manage to measure what percentage of their population suffers from Alzheimer's. Anyone who has traveled to India will understand.

Yeah right.

If they eat a lot of filler like rice and coconut oils/milk to they stroke out and die first.

Not really, they just have a higher infant mortality rate. The Bible promises 3 score and 10 (70), and if you can make beyond infancy, most people will reach it. On the other hand, living 70 years in India might not be all that fun. Wearing diapers your whole life and eating curry at every meal might get tiresome.
