I give Rove his due. Whether warranted or not, he orchestrated [reportedly] Bush's ascendency to the presidency. Bush, to his credit worked tirelessly against terrorism but succumbed to his 'compassionate conservatism' which can be loosely translated to rampant disregard for domestic fiscal spending and never not falling for a Democrat lie, promise or trick.

However, I, GAFFER, officially declare ROVE 'Has Jumped the Shark'. Decision is immutable - decision is final. Karl, take your frickin' Tiki Torch and get the 'f@ck' off our island!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I agree, he is done with the majority of the Country. Unfortunately, that remains true of most of the Republican Party apparatus.

The good thing is that the Tea Party folks will gain control and eventually change things. It may not be this election or even the next one (2012)...but it is coming and for all you Republican power hungry folks, well just get out of the way or join (and I mean in beliefs, not just to gain power)...

This is an ongoing phenomenon and will only increase in popularity. Those that oppose the revolution (does seem like that ya know) will be pushed under the bus!

Damn, I love a good Tea Party Revolution!

I respectfully disagree.

Let's put this in terms of a medical problem. Bush worked to treat the symptom, not the cause of the sickness.

By attacking the Taliban/Al Queda in Afghanistan and Iraq, he treated the symptom.

The cause of terrorism is not the Taliban or Al Queda or even Saddam Hussein.

The cause of terrorism is Wahhabism. And, the leaders spreading and supporting Wahhabism are located in Saudi Arabia.

IOW, our so-called 'allies' are waging a war of terrorism against us and our so-called 'leaders' are playing patsy-cake with our enemies by holding hands, kissing them and trying to make nice with those who seek to destroy America and our way of life.
