Happened a few years back.......will see if I kept it.

All kinds of stuff like this all the time........last week GBI rounded up and threw thirty + out of public housing for falsifying income......said more arrest were forth coming.

I don’t live in Atlanta but have been informed what the other interpretation is of the MARTA acronym - I perhaps naively used the subway several years ago to get to a meeting in Buckhead from the airport. I was somewhat shocked to realize that I was the only person of my complexion there (and was wearing an expensive suit, no kidding!) but I ended up shooting the breeze with a couple of people on the subway and it was all good. Funny how this stuff works out.
