CNN’s Jack Cafferty isn’t pulling any punches in showing his audience what he really thinks about House Democrats for their refusal to pass a federal budget.

He is on a roll, several months ago he went on a rant against Nancy Pelosi and called her a horrible woman. Something is up with Cafferty, I hope its Truth and not just irritable bowel syndrome or something....
Well, passing a budget is required by law. Maybe their failure to perform their job is too much for even smilin’ Jack. I did read though that they plan on passing the budget after the election. Passing it now would give the Republicans too much political ammo.
How can they NOT pass a federal budget??

They have chosen to spend under the tactic that they “deem it passed”.
The idea is to permit themselves to operate as if the budget is passed until it does. When you make up the rules as you go along it makes sense.
This way they aren’t accountable for the budget until after the elections but they don’t have to stop spending in the meantime.
