I continually see the media calling the Imam of the proposed Ground Zero Mosque a “moderate”. But the truth is that no Muslim who supports Sharia is a moderate, because Sharia calls for the domination of non-Muslims. Here is what the Imam had to say about Sharia to the Jordanian newspaper al-Ghad.

I agree, no Muslim who supports the implementation of Sharia can be considered a moderate. And I would venture a guess that a considerable majortiy of Muslims worldwide support the implementation of Sharia. Not just the 7% or so we hear as the number of radicals within Islam. That’s a fantasy

I think we have a contradiction in terms, or something. There is no such thing as a muslim who does not support sharia law; ergo, there is no such thing as a moderate muslim. There are muslims who are temporarily silent or withdrawn for strategical reasons, etc., but who are liable to revert to genuine muslim conduct and begin obeying the koran at any moment.
Many of the muslims in the USA right now, especially females, are merely here to breed and bear children as part of islam’s overall strategy. Many of the men are of that sort, as well. But there are some muslim males who are hatching mayhem upon our country from under cover.
I liken it to leaving live hand grenades lying around, uncontrolled, un-surveiled, with the potential to explode at any moment. And explode, they will. Just like the nineteen hijackers did on 9/11/01!
Meanwhile, grandma gets stripsearched at the airport while the swarthy bearded ones and the females behind veils go through Security like “tweet” through a tin whistle!

Yes but about two weeks ago, a bunch of far leftists swore up and down and told me the Imam is not pro-Sharia. :)
