Here is a list of the 39 Democrat held seats that are the lowest hanging fruit. If the Republicans are to take back the House, the pathway to victory would probably run through these districts first. The amazing thing is that there are dozens of other relatively easy pickups beyond this list of 39. This list doesn't even include many of the Democrats that are occupying deep red districts. Some of them, like Boren in OK or Minnick in ID will be harder to knock off, but many of them are just behind those listed here.

Here in Michigan’s 7th district, even liberal writers are starting to ask if Mark Schauer has a time machine. He’s claiming to have voted against Tarp before he was even elected in 08.
All the polls have Schauer down in the dumps.
I call him “Golden” Schauer.
My vote for Walberg was a vote against the conventional wisdom of beltway insiders. I suspect he’s the only former congressman in the country to be nominated to run for his former seat.
Tim Walberg is a good man.
I am sure glad to see Grayson the Insane on that list.
Damn!! None in MA.
I’m not in his district, but I would LOVE to see him gone!!
Schauer is gone. Its like he isn’t even trying to lie well.
Dellahunt’s seat is definitely on the chopping block, we just can’t rate it as a sure goner for the rats.

Here’s list from CNN updated today.
I’ll believe Kanjorski is gone when he heads out of his office with boxes of personal effects in his hands. This miserable bastard just keeps coming back. Go Lou.
Great! I hate hearing him grand stand on the news about the oil leak in Marshall.
I explain to my kids that although the media and certain politicians paint “big oil” as greedy and careless, the bottom line is they lose money and trust when these things happen, and would like to prevent it as much as anyone.
Never underestimate the power of the GOP to screw up a sure victory. I’m convinced that some of the leadership of the party would like nothing better than for the Democrats to remain in power.
It was a traditional Republican seat won in 2006 and 2008 by Steve Kagan (D). I don't see him holding on to it this year. This may be wishful thinking, but I think it's a pick up.
Since Wisconsins primary isn't until Tuesday, there is no set Republican yet, but the few internal candidate polls that I have seen leaked have the Republican ahead. Next week when the match up is final, I will be surprised if the Republican (probably Reid Ribble) isn't in the lead.
IN THE NEW YORK GOVERNOR RACE THE TEA PARTY CANDIDATE CARL PALADINO HAS JST TAKEN THE LEAD OVER THE HAND-SELECTED ESTABLISHMENT GOP RINO RICKY LAZIO!!
VOTE IN THE PRIMARIES SEPT 14!!! WE DEFEAT RINO’S IN PRIMARIES!!!
I see that in the CNN poll they do know have Kagan seat (WI 8th) as one of there most vulnerable. And that’s without even knowing who his opponent is yet!!!!
