Book burning is antithetical to American ideals. People have a constitutional right to burn a Koran if they want to, but doing so is insensitive and an unnecessary provocation much like building a mosque at Ground Zero.

Nobody can be counted on more than you to show up at the mass, pissant.
Palin has the same position as you on the issue - and the mosque at Ground Zero - yet you're still here complaining.
It's your religion, not ours, and she's your anti-Christ.
Got any more Nikki Haley smears to spread?
I don’t think I am following you, but it is probably not relevant to the main topic.
I do, as do most people who know how to use question marks.
And when the bully finds you crying in the corner what will you do?
So anyone who does not agree with Dear Sarah is a troll?
LOL!
Some little minister guy in a small town church which most never heard of unless you lived there decided to make a statement. The Left jumped on that local story like hungry ticks to a hound! This would make another example of support for a mosque at Ground Zero-it would show tolerance toward those that hate us.
The media took a small town piece of local news which had all the BUZZ words : Christian, minister, little white church, Bible, the South..Quran, Muslims..I mean it is a BIG STORY to the Left and makes the Right appear Islamophobic unless they reply. If the preacher were married to a nice little woman and discovered to be closeted gay, that would even have been a bigger story!! or Bigger story.. a close buddy of Glenn Beck; but you can't have it all.[sighs]
Again: The U.S. Media made it the story. The President made it the story. Clinton made it the story. Petraeus reacted as he has to continuously keep his cell plugged into Washington, instead left hands free fighting a war; Palin now has jumped onto the bus making it a story (and she has a son fighting)..all comments at the speed of sound Broadcast all around the world by the U.S. media. Now all the little terrorist wanna bees living in the US are "twittering" or "myspacing out" over it..
The blame goes to each and every one of them Yelling Fire in a Political Theater, which made this story BIG, brought this story to world attention and continues to grow its hairy legs. If a bomb goes off somewhere, the terrorist can now blame the "burning of the Quran". And the Left will blame the Christian Right, after all its gets you face time before the camera, where the hurricane what's her name fizzled
How would anyone know if I went outside this weekend alone and burned the Quran--say to start the campfire In the Woods. But no one Saw or Heard it Burn.
But then I would have to take into consideration: I have to buy the Quran and, therefore; a religion not so peaceful in my mind would get the money from the sale. That's not good--have to buy it to burn it--follow the money!
No one was upset in HIGH PLACES when Larry David, HBO show 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' did a segment involving a Jesus portrait and spatters his urine on Jesus when missing the urinal.
Where was that outrage..No one thought of killing another over it. But, I forgot, that falls under comedy and art.
Anything for free Media exposure!!
And now you have no justification to complain next time.
It’s the news media that given this preacher the world stage.
If blood spills, I’ll blame them.
Just imagine, a small church in Florida, with a flock of 50, and who would know, but for the news media?
I am a white male Christian, so I have learned that complaining accomplishes absolutely nothing in this country.
The Koran isn’t worth the match.
Burning the Koran in public? Naw, why waste good paper that can be used in the privacy of your bathroom?
This is a dumb action by the pastor.
Nothing good will come of this.
Barbour, Coulter, Palin, and the rest are correct.
- - - - - - - - - -
I like Coulter’s words best.
It’s just a nasty thing to do, just like building that damn GZM.
Not the point Red, piss ant only post anti-Sarah stuff, it is his life job, look it up.
I think she is going to lose a lot of fans by these comments.
We need leaders who are willing to STAND UP, not back down.
And boy they’re really fired up about this. Like it’s a national emergency or something.
Which is why I wish Sarah would have just let this pass.

Please define: Backing down. Thanks.
