According to this story http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2585600/posts you are a millenium late and a billion bucks short. They do this stuff anyway.
No, this pastor is deliberately picking this battle. I don't think it is a battle that advances any cause, either political or spiritual.
I'm sorry, I did not know we were picking a battle.
No, they declared war. It is a war we have to fight on many battlefields, physical, political and spiritual. Some battles are thrust upon us, and some are of our choosing. If we choose a battle, it should be because we can advance our cause in some way.
but feel free to speak "Wisely" while leaving it to others to insure your right to speak.
I would be interested to hear you explain how this particular act helps insure my right to speak...
LOL!
I can just see 300 million people running at once toward burning korans with full bladders.
So did you stay silent about the ground zero mosque? the muslims have a right to build the mosque but we told them hell no, its not right and a slap in the face to Americans; the pastor has a right to burn the Koran and you say hell yeah?
I agree with every single word of your post.
It’s too late for conversions. The ship came to the port. They ran away. The ship left.
It’s not right to build a mosque at GZ and they are building it anyway.....so why are we being so polite in the other direction?????
Makes no sense.
He’s responding to battle, the rest of us are crybaby schoolgirls hopin’ the bully won’t see us.
Remember that next time you’re outraged.
I have to agree with what she said.
Sorry, it's only too late after you are dead. :-)
We still have too many people in this country who want to believe that Islam is a religion of peace and if we were just nice to them they’d be nice to us. Funny thing is, they still want to tip toe around them, just in case they aren’t.
I think it just makes us look weak.
BS. Learn to read. I couldn’t care less how many pastors burn or don’t burn korans. It bothers me not in the least, even if it’s somewhat juvenile. I’m just amused by the cultists how they follow Precious around like, well cultists. You’d have the opposite take if Precious told you.
They're already dead and beyond redemption.
I myself, wouldn’t make a big deal out of, or burn Korans. I would stack them up by fire hydrants or line my bird cage or litter boxes with them.
That said, all this fluff over 50 people getting rid of some paper is ridiculous. The US burned hundreds of Bibles in Afghanistan. Did we chop off heads because they did?
I certainly wouldn’t wreck my political future over it.
Unfortunately, I think you’re probably right.
Speak for yourself. And I don't think this pastor will accomplish anything positive with his stunt. As I have said before, I think it is a poor witness. IF he wanted to do this as a private citizen, fine, but to do this as a minister, I think he is wrong.
They don’t even see they are already defending the juvenile and crazy behavior of the ROP. Unreal.
