Lakin will get every chance to try and show in court why the orders of Colonel Roberts and Lieutenant Colonel Judd for Lakin to report to his brigade commanader's oficer were unlawful, as well as why the order of Lieutenant Colonel McHugh to report for duty with the 101st was unlawful as well. He doesn't need any documentation on Obama to for that.

Are you even paying attention to what you're writing?? How would you make the case that Obama's orders aren't legitimate if you aren't allowed to pursue or present the documentation that supports your claim??

Lakin was charged with two counts of a disobeying a lawful order for not appearing at his CO’s office as well. Those two are problematic for Lakin because these were prior to his failure to deploy.

Obama didn't issue any orders to Lakin, three other superior officers did. Those are the orders Lakin is charges with disobeying. You want to somehow connect Obama with routine orders to report to a certain place at a certain time, or to report for temporary duty with another unit. Good luck with that.

The fact of the matter is, as I've said on numerous occasions, Obama could be unmasked as a fraud and removed from office tomorrow and Lakin would still be guilty of refusing to obey the orders of his superior officers and with missing movement.
