Lakin refused his orders because they weren’t based on a lawful foundation. If he’s not allowed to make that case, then he’s being denied due process.

Lakin will get every chance to try and show in court why the orders of Colonel Roberts and Lieutenant Colonel Judd for Lakin to report to his brigade commanader's oficer were unlawful, as well as why the order of Lieutenant Colonel McHugh to report for duty with the 101st was unlawful as well. He doesn't need any documentation on Obama to for that.

Are you even paying attention to what you're writing?? How would you make the case that Obama's orders aren't legitimate if you aren't allowed to pursue or present the documentation that supports your claim??
