Mad as Hell: How the Tea Party Movement is Fundamentally Remaking Two Party System won't be on in the bookstores until the middle of September 2010 although it is already available on Amazon.com. The book coming out soon after Glenn's Beck rally on August 29, 2010 in Washington at the Lincoln Memorial may be serendipity or excellent timing.

TOPICS: Government; Politics; Society
KEYWORDS: americanpolitics; politicalrevolt; populists; teaparty
In Mad as Hell, political pollsters Scott Rasmussen and Doug Schoen show the impact of the TEA Party on America's political system.

Obama has been the straw that broke the camel’s back. The silent majority that has been simmering for some four decades has now boiled over and we are seeing a virtual revolution that will take back America. Both political parties better take notice that business as usual in Washington DC will not be tolerated.

The problem with the “Business As Usual” bunch is they are so comfortable with the “condition” that they have no idea of what the antithisis of their thought process will bring and continually expect everything to remain the same. Maybe a certain amount of that midset is our fault (voters) for getting into the party line voting game.

This is so evident to be a malady for phychiatric solutions as evidenced in the NY 23rd debacle of last year and the continuing saga with Marco Rubio. If that were not enough, the NRSC just piled on another load with their interjection into the Alaska Senate Primary.
