The Coming October Crisis and BrainWash
Bloggers and Personal ^ | 26 Aug 10 | Xzins

2008 was the year of ObaMessiah. It was the greek god with pillars, clouds, and promises of healing the oceans that the masses believed.

How was it accomplished?

A full court press by every form of liberal media.

Hollywood, blogs, sitcoms, talk shows, comedy hours, SNL, evening news, newspapers, billboards, commentators, musicians, and every conceivable form of communication from one human to another was bent to the task of turning ZerObama from fallible human to transcendent god.

And the American people bought it. Many have groggily awakened and are asking themselves: "Who the hell is this guy, Obama?" But that drug was addictive, and their groggy withdrawal requires a simple reapplication of the drug.

The puppeteers now believe in their power.

Will they usher in the next dose with a crisis in late September or early October?

Or are they actually wanting Republicans to hold the congress during these coming depression years, so they have an ogre to blame bad times on in 2012?

How do conservatives defend themselves from these masters of mind control? No need, really. They did not succumb the last time around.

What is needed is an antidote for the masses. I would suggest this starting point: immediate skepticism toward any crisis or surprise that might arise.

We need the GOP to start calling a spade an spade & then offer a positive conservative alternative platform.

But it seems they lack the courage.

“What is needed is an antidote for the masses.”

It’s called Conservatism ... The Grand Old Potty needs to be flushed ... get rid of the RINOs ...

I agree. They lack the courage.

I think they also lack the conviction. The GOP is bought and owned by the blue-bloods and they have great difficulty tolerating the regular people in the party. They put up with it, so they get a bit of power every now and then.

Mostly, though, they’re content to wend a slow walk toward socialism.

I believe that conservatives are trusting souls, and that the GOP leadership always lies. No exceptions: they ALWAYS lie.

You can bank on it!

I love that tagline.

More importantly: George Washington would have loved that tagline. That was the theme of his final address.

We shouldn't fall into the trap of believing all Republicans are like all Democrats. They are not. Not by a long shot.

Nothing is perfect, including the GOP. But an anti-abortion big spender is better than a pro-abortion big spender, etc.

Marx said not to trust in personalities, but in policies, and about this he was right. Personalities don't matter. The policies men put forth are what matter.

So it doesn't matter if Sarah Palin speaks with a drawl or if Ronald Reagan was an actor. What are their policies; what will they fight for?

What is the policy of the Republican party? If it is smaller government, less taxes and fewer abortions, then I am supporting the Republican party.

The puppeteers now believe in their power.

Will they usher in the next dose with a crisis in late September or early October?

Odds are, yes.

Or are they actually wanting Republicans to hold the congress during these coming depression years, so they have an ogre to blame bad times on in 2012?

That's always possible. I'd still rather have a shot at correcting the mess than coasting along compounding the mess.

How do conservatives defend themselves from these masters of mind control?

By thinking for themselves. By reading history and the newspapers and Free Republic. And by asking God for guidance to know the truth.

It's a very big first step in realizing we are mind-controlled. Those who deny this won't see it when it's right in front of them.

What is needed is an antidote for the masses. I would suggest this starting point: immediate skepticism toward any crisis or surprise that might arise.

Amen! Skepticism is God's way of telling us to be "wise as serpents."

Excellent post. However, I have lost respect for the republican party after John McCain’s win yesterday.

I joined the Veterans Coalition of the Constitution Party as a first step away from the republicans.

I will always, however, support any real conservative in a campaign.
