“Starship troopers” the book was a classic!
“Starship Troopers” the movie was an absolute travesty!
About the opinion I would expect from the co-writer of “Beyond the Vally of the Dolls”.

Not to appear to agree with the Jawless Wonder, but I think that's a reasonable difference of taste. I very much enjoyed the film version. Also the music of the film is just superb. But the novel was merely ok. Just IMO of course.
