Wow, the conservative movement really likes to eat our own huh? I’m beginning to wonder if anyone on earth is really a true conservative. Maybe Ronald Reagan is truly just a homo-lovin’ limousine liberal.
Ann Coulter makes her living speaking to groups. What is so wrong about speaking before a group you don’t agree with? Aren’t we trying to spread the word? Or do we just want to sit around talking to each other?
Coulter makes the point that she’s spoken at Harvard—I don’t recall anyone calling for her to be dumped from sites for that.
This is the exact opposite of when conservative institutions pay libs to speak—this time a conservative is taking money from the opposition. I don’t see the problem.

Coulter’s seen and heard by millions of people. She didn’t need to accept the invitation to express her point of view, whatever it maybe.
Ronald Reagan had homosexual friends and even invited them to stay at the White House, he did not, however, endorse the normalization of homosexuality into society, or even hint at it. GOProud does....nuff said.
Anne is a flake, and I hate to say it, but likely a big phony. Anyone who so readily dismisses the very important question of eligibility is NOT serious about conservatism or the Constitution.

If it’s not illegal, doing what she is describing is called capitalism. It’s a system that allows people to make as much money as they see are able with whatever talent or abilities they have. It used to be all the rage in America.
She writes her own material. She endures slander and barbs from both directions and she is possibly the most important satirist this country has. She is consistently bringing ideas into focus that others won’t touch.
The idea that she supports the groups that she regularly addresses is almost as funny as one of her columns.
Which is saying a LOT.
Coulter gives speeches. Who she chooses to speak to has everything to do with the fee and nothing to do with legitimizing or granting support unless she specifies such in her presentation.
Coulter is an entrepreneur and capitalist. Speaking fees are part of her business plan. She gets paid to appear on TV. Being an outspoken conservative celebrity does not require a vow of poverty.
She is nothing more than a media whore, she attacked the people whop have questions about Obama’s birth, she is an after-birther.

Throwing Ann overboard for something like this really doesn’t seem like a good idea to me.

I concur w/Dw. This is precisely the issue. They don’t need a nice, big hug; they are in desperate need of education. I don’t really care about what they need because they’re trashing our Republic, but it would really come in handy for more voters to recognize the ugly situation we’re in now.

What’s wrong with speaking to a group you don’t agree with? Haven’t you seen what happens to a liberal when they try to speak on FR? Even if they aren’t a liberal, some freeper will say they are.
