In Philadelphia, PA local judge Gary DiVito has upheld a decision by city officials approving an expansion plan by The Forum Theater which is a reputed porno house allegedly run by Anthony Trombetta as reported by Inga Saffron for the Philadelphia Inquirer. In 1975 Trombetta was convicted on a federal prositution-related charge, and a June 8, 1977 report by the U.S. Department of Justice on "Organized Crime Involvement In Pornography" alleged the following:
In the city of Philadelphia and in the South New Jersey area, Radiant Merchandising, Inc. of Philadelphia controls the majority of the pornographic enterprises. It is the principal business operation of Bruno Gortese and Anthony Trombetta. The company has been identified as being associated with the LCN Gambino. Its pornographic material is imported from Los Angeles and New York City producers.
Although The Forum Theater shows straight skin flicks there are prior alleged accounts of man-on-man action among its patrons as reported by Victor Fiorillo for Philadelphia Magazine. The expansion plans for The Forum Theater include "private booths." Don't possibly know what could happen in "private booths" at a porno house.

You probably wouldn't want to watch a CSI crew spray it with Luminol, and light it with UV.
It’s free enterprise.
If there is a demand, then there will be a supply. If you are offended, then take your money to another establishment.
Can’t argue with you.
Squicky.
For those of you who don’t know, “Bitterqueen” is a site about mafia influenced gay bars, porn, etc. I’m guessing that the page’s owner is gay himself and interested in this subject as the nightclub/bar involved in the Stonewall riots had mafia ownership. It’s a great site for mob news if anyone’s interested.
